Shipping
WE TAKE UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

Return
1.Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will process the refund as soon as we received the item in our factory.

2.For any exchange or refund, we will need a receipt of the transaction, and product must be in good condition, and including any boxes, packaging and accessories.

3.No credits or refunds will be issued if an item is returned more than 7 days after the receipt date. All products that carry a warranty will be null if - Any physical damage including but not limited to pet damage, auto damage, broken connectors, and damage from wear. -Returning a different item than was received.

4.IF item is Damaged On Arrival (DOA) , please contact us in 3 working days.

5.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Note:

A. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
B. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
